Q. How much is postage?
A. We have tried to keep postage costs as low as as possible. We have several different rates due to the different sizes of our packages, for example headbands compared to rompers. Postage therefore varies between £1.30 and £5.00, and packages are sent 1st class via Royal Mail. When you checkout your order it will detail the final postage cost. Please contact us if you experience any difficulties or issues with this.
Q. What is the turn around time?
A. UPDATED 16th March 2018 - Turn around time for hair accessories and tights is approximately 1 week and for items of clothing, it is approximately 3 weeks, if there are any issues regarding this, for example low stock levels, we will let you know about any delays asap. We update this regularly depending on orders we currently have and this time may reduce at any time.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. We hope you love our products as much as we do, however in the event you are unhappy with your purchase, please do let us know. If there is a fault with the product we can repair or replace the item. Unfortunately as items are bespoke handmade items we do not accept returns if you have changed your mind. If you have any issues at all, please do contact us and we will discuss available alternatives with you
Q. Will my item be perfect?
A. Items which are handmade will be fully quality checked before they leave us to ensure they are of the highest standard, however as each piece is handcrafted occasionally you may find the odd imperfection that you wouldn't with a machine manufactured piece. We are confident in the quality of our product and would not supply something our own children wouldn't wear!
Q. I haven't received my order?
A. Please contact us, and we will endeavour to solve your issue asap. Items usually take around two weeks to be made and sent.
Q. How do I make payment?
A. We process payments through PayPal or Stripe, please visit our shop and place your order there. You can pay us directly also with Paypal.me. We now also accept Apple Pay.
